4. Project Inquiries & Technical Engagements

Submission of project details via our contact form does not create an attorney-client, agency, or contractual engineering relationship between you and BrainFleet.

While we review project submissions with high diligence and strive to respond within 1–2 business days, we are under no legal obligation to accept, respond to, or execute every submitted inquiry. Formal engineering services are provided exclusively under separately negotiated and executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

This Site and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
